Shipping policy

We want to get you your American Cowboy Whiskey Company® product as soon as possible. That’s why we make every effort to process your order as quickly as possible.

American Cowboy Whiskey Company® offers free UPS Ground shipping on qualified orders. Valid on orders shipped in the contiguous United States only. We do not ship to US territories outside of the contiguous United States (*U.S. Territories include American Samoa, Guam, Marshall Islands, Micronesia, North Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.)

SHIPPING OPTIONS & RATES

We've made every effort to get your orders processed and shipped faster. 2-Day and Overnight orders should be placed by 10:00 AM PST for quickest delivery. Expedited orders placed after 10:00 AM PST will require an additional business day for processing. This excludes weekends and holidays. All "Delivery by" dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Shipping services and rates are subject to change without prior notice. UPS expedited options may not be available in all areas.

The following shipping options are available to you but may be limited by product purchased or your local delivery options.

SHIPPING HOLIDAYS

American Cowboy Whiskey Company®  and UPS will not be shipping or delivering on the following dates in 2021. Please note shipping estimates will begin the following business day.

SHIPPING TO A PO BOX

American Cowboy Whiskey Company® ships UPS Ground within the continental U.S. & Alaska & Hawaii. We offer UPS SurePost option if you wish to ship to a PO Box. Please select UPS SurePost as your shipping option in checkout. Not all products are eligible to ship to a PO Box.

ALASKA AND HAWAII

All shipments to Alaska or Hawaii will be shipped via UPS Ground and may incur an additional shipping charge based on weight or insured value of the package. If that happens, we’ll inform you of the new shipping charge before processing your order. Due to the distance, shipments will take a minimum of 7 business days to arrive. Look for a shipment tracking number via email when your order has been processed. To check your order status, Order status

Promotional shipping (e.g., free shipping) is only applied to orders shipped within the contiguous United States and does not apply to Hawaii or Alaska.
